I look around at people my age and everyone seems to know what they’re doing. i still don’t. not sure I ever will.

I’m now mid 40s and 2026 has been by far the worst year of my life. everything has gone wrong. everything. it’s affected my relationships and mental health badly. and i’ve not really got anyone to talk to about it.

I FEEL LIKE I’VE BEEN JUST EXISTING FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS…IN EMOTIONAL LIMBO…FEEL TRAPPED AND GENERALLY LOW. MY CHILD KEEPS ME BUSY MENTALLY AND THAT’S IT. BEFORE YOU KNOW IT IT’S BEEN ANOTHER YEAR AND I’M EXACTLY THE SAME.
